Ingredients:
Minced lamb – 1kg
Onion (chopped) – 1
Garlic (chopped) – 4 cloves
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Ground sumac – 2 tsp
Ground cumin – 2 tsp
Ground black pepper – 2 tsp
Red chilli flakes – 2 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – to taste

• Onion (sliced) – 1
• Tomato (sliced) – 1
• Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp
• Sumac – ½ tsp
• Coriander (chopped) – 2 tbsp
• Black pepper – 2 tsp
• Salt – to taste
