During the cold winter, it would be reasonable to retreat in the circumstances and send your adrenaline spirit into hibernation. However, it would be a mistake to oversleep all those winter charms. For fearless adventurers, winter is the best time for innovation and combination of sports from the ones you already know and love. There are many opportunities for recreation and enjoyment on the snow, but don’t forget that extreme recreation is not for those with a weak heart.
Imagine sailing on ice, it sounds easy, but, in fact, a lot of strength and skills are needed to sail on ice. To practice it, as Canadians do, you need to have a specially made sailboat, and not encouragingly it is extremely expensive, and in order to practice it, you need to drop in Canada.
Or maybe try an unusual bike ride on ice… Maybe a little less dangerous sport for which you still need exceptional strength, endurance and of course a well-equipped bike. It is by no means recommended to embark on this adventure without adequate training and equipment.
Kayaking on snow is a very interesting sport for kayak lovers, which means that you should not leave it in the garage until spring. Water currents carry the kayak, while in case of sailing on the snow on the mountain, the main role is played by gravity.
